Redbird Esports Summer Camps

• Redbird Esports hosts yearly summer camps for children aged 8 – 15. All camps are a week long and taught by members of the Redbird Esports department, including coaches and students. No prior experience or knowledge required to enroll in summer camps.  

  Daily Activities:  

  • Dedicated open gaming time and opportunity to interact with Redbird Esports coaching and program staff.
  • Multiple classroom sessions to teach unique skills and strategies in gaming and esports. Multiple games will be covered.
  • Dedicated time for non-gaming group activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Provided lunch at university dining center.
  • End of the week culmination event including multiple tournaments and live broadcast.

   

• Camp Information

  Location: Redbird Esports summer camps will take place at the Bowling and Billiards Center.
  Age : Children aged 8 – 15  
  Time : 9am – 5pm

  Registration Info

  If you need to cancel your enrollment in a camp, you can request a refund up to two weeks before the camp start date by emailing esports@ilstu.edu. If you want to switch to a different session, please contact Davd Kirk at dkirk@ilstu.edu.
